DEGUCHI – Pendimethalin 30% EC is a highly effective pre-emergence herbicide formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate (EC). It provides strong and long-lasting control of a wide range of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in crops such as rice, wheat, maize, and various vegetables. DEGUCHI helps in preventing weed competition during the early stages of crop growth, supporting healthy crop establishment, improving nutrient uptake, and maximizing yield and crop quality.
Inhibits Cell Division and Elongation: Pendimethalin inhibits mitosis by blocking microtubule formation in plant cells → prevents cell division and elongation → inhibits weed seed germination and seedling development.
Pre-Emergence & Early Post-Emergence Control: Applied pre-emergence → creates a barrier in the soil → prevents weed emergence and early growth stages.
Selective Action: Controls weeds while remaining safe for recommended crops when applied as advised.
