DEGUCHI+ – Pendimethalin 38.7% CS is a highly effective pre-emergence herbicide formulated as a capsule suspension (CS). It provides powerful and long-lasting control of a wide range of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in crops such as rice, wheat, maize, and various vegetables. DEGUCHI+ works by inhibiting weed growth at the root and shoot development stages, preventing weed competition and ensuring optimal crop establishment, healthy growth, and higher yields.
Inhibits Cell Division and Elongation: Pendimethalin disrupts mitosis by inhibiting microtubule formation in plant cells → prevents cell division and elongation → stops weed emergence and growth.
Pre-Emergence & Early Post-Emergence Control: Forms a barrier in the soil → prevents weed seed germination and early growth stages.
Long Residual Action: Provides effective control of weeds for 30–45 days after application.
