NICHIFIT – Pretilachlor 50% EC is a highly effective pre-emergence herbicide formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate (EC). It provides powerful control of a wide range of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds, especially in paddy fields. Mode of Action

• Inhibits Cell Division and Growth: Pretilachlor inhibits lipid and protein synthesis in weed cells → disrupts cell division and elongation → prevents weed germination and seedling development.

• Soil Residual Action: Applied pre-emergence → forms a barrier in the soil → controls weeds at germination and early growth stages.

• Selective Herbicide: Targets weeds without harming the crop when used at recommended doses.
