NISFUR – Sulphur 80% WDG is a highly effective broad-spectrum contact fungicide formulated as a water-dispersible granule (WDG). It provides preventive control of a wide range of fungal diseases in crops such as fruits, vegetables, cereals, and ornamentals. NISFUR helps in maintaining disease-free crops by controlling powdery mildew, rusts, scab, and leaf spots, promoting healthy plant development and enhancing yield and quality.
Multi-Site Action: Sulphur interferes with fungal enzyme activity and inhibits spore germination → disrupts metabolic processes in fungi → prevents development and spread of fungal pathogens.
Contact Action: Acts directly on the fungal cells where applied → does not translocate within the plant.
Preventive Fungicide: Creates a protective barrier on plant surfaces to stop fungal infection before it begins.
Broad-spectrum fungal disease control – Effective against powdery mildew, rusts, leaf spots, scab, and other fungal diseases.
Prevents disease development – Applied preventively to stop infection.
Safe and eco-friendly – Low toxicity to crops, humans, and the environment when used as recommended.
Promotes healthy crop growth – Reduces disease stress and supports vigorous plant development.
Improves yield and quality – Ensures healthy, disease-free crops for better productivity.
Easy handling & application – Water-dispersible granule dissolves easily in water for uniform spraying.
Compatible with IPM programs – Can be used in combination with other pest and disease management solutions.
Crops: Fruits (grapes, apples, citrus), vegetables (tomato, cucumber), cereals, ornamentals.
Dosage: 1.5–3.0 kg per hectare in 300–400 liters of water.
Timing: Apply preventively before the onset of disease or at the first sign of infection.
Method of Application: Uniform foliar spray ensuring good coverage of upper and lower leaf surfaces.
Precautions:
Use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Avoid application under high temperatures to prevent phytotoxicity.
Do not use on sulfur-sensitive crops (e.g., onion, garlic).
