PROCLUS – Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG is a highly effective, systemic insecticide formulated as a soluble granule (SG). It provides powerful control of a wide range of chewing and sucking insect pests in crops such as vegetables, fruits, cotton, and other commercial crops. PROCLUS offers rapid knockdown and long-lasting residual control by disrupting the nervous system of target pests, resulting in reduced pest pressure and healthier crop growth.
GABA and Glutamate-Gated Chloride Channel Agonist: Emamectin Benzoate binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels in insect nerve cells → increases chloride ion influx → paralysis and death of the pest.
Systemic & Contact Action: Absorbed by plant tissues and translocated, providing both preventive and curative control.
